Dan Orr was FANTASTIC!! This was a complicated sale because it was a reverse mortgage and a short sale. Additionally it was my father's house and he suffers from dementia and I live out of town so we were unable to be there for any of the inspections or appointments with contractors. We had multiple surprises ranging from racoons in the attic to leaks in the basement. Dan handled it ALL. He knew the right people to call and he got the best prices for services we needed.
